
We've just launched the Winter Warmup Walk site. The walk is a fundraising event designed to raise money and support for Uniting Care Wesley Bowden's work to lift South Australians out of poverty. The whole event was branded by The Measure from logo conception through to website design and build. Apart from having to look good and be consistent with branding collateral, the site required specific functions for an easy and enjoyable user experience. Taking cues from social networking sites, the aim of the site was to create a more interactive way to participate in a charity event. Every walker creates their own profile when they first register. Users are then able to search for registrants and donate to that walker electronically, who is then notified by email.
